Owldotask Project Updates

The front-end collaborators' repository is now open to everyone!

Here are some of the advancements made this week:

  • Meticulously described the project and the Git collaboration workflow for beginners. All changes are reflected in the repository's README.

  • Finished configuring dark mode across the entire site—a change our collaborators requested.

  • Created some mock data to improve the dev-user experience.

  • Resolved the inconsistent error messages from the backend.

A fullstack project on the way

I've been building a project to launch an app with the intention of monetizing it in some way. It's a React + Laravel website and app, backed by its own external backend. It's working smoothly and ready for testing.

There's a reward part fo the users that, for now, is based in POL thanks to its easy integration and low Polygon transaction fees. If you are don't interested in the crypto thing, no worries, you don't need to connect a wallet or something like that to use it.

We're gearing up for more visibility, so if you're interested in collaborating or just want to chat about the tech, hit me up, comment, or join the server: https://discord.gg/5r6aWy87

As someone who met you on Reddit and saw this prior to being posted here, this looks great. Excited to see what else you come up with

You show up, every time — no spotlight needed.

Real One

Building a Tableau Dashboard on Credit Card Analysis.

I recently built a quick dashboard to explore credit card transaction patterns across India using a dataset of over 26,000 records.

The goal was to identify behavioral and demographic trends in how people use their credit cards—based on gender, geography, card type, and expenditure category.

What I built:

  • A time series analysis of transaction volumes by gender.

  • A treemap showing city-wise spending distribution.

  • Bar charts for card type and expenditure categories.
