Suddenly feels too senior and looks like I should have a plan or have everything figured out. But don't know what to do or where to start from.

Panicking won't do you any good, a properly planned roadmap always helps. Write down what is the next most important thing you need to focus on and the tech you should learn over the next year, and get going!!
